Disclaimer
The information in this White Paper is subject to change or update, and should not be construed as a commitment, promise, or guarantee by Orivium or any other individual or organization mentioned in this White Paper regarding the future availability of token-related services, or their future performance or value. Orivium, including the whole project, token, website, smart contracts, and any apps ("ORI") as stated in this conceptual paper, is not licensed nor regulated and is not a financial or investment service, nor payment or electronic money service in any country or jurisdiction. Any terminology used in this Whitepaper, on the Website, or inside the app is a descriptive guideline only and does not constitute regulated, investment, or financial services activity. Orivium smart contracts are open-source, security audited, permanent, and non-modifiable in any way.
It's worth noting that in addition to ORI, Orivium has introduced a new cryptocurrency called IRO, which serves its own unique purposes.
The ORI token is strictly a utility token in all jurisdictions and is not and cannot be considered to be a βsecurityβ or otherwise regulated token of any kind. IRO, similarly, is a utility token with distinct functions within the Orivium ecosystem. Neither ORI nor IRO is in any way e-money and/or fiat money, or an asset-backed stable coin, whether global or limited in scope.
This Whitepaper taken by itself is not a contract or a contractual agreement of any kind, nor is it an invitation, solicitation, or offer to invest in Orivium or acquire or use ORI or IRO tokens in any way and with any expectation of profit therefrom. Any user of Orivium represents and warrants that such user has received appropriate technical, administrative, regulatory, and legal advice before and after accessing and/or reading this Whitepaper or the Website, and/or using any portion or element of Orivium (including the ORI and IRO tokens).
The user hereby acknowledges and accepts that there is an inherently high risk in accessing, acquiring, or using any kind of blockchain and/or crypto system, token, platform, software, or interface, including ORI and IRO, and further disavows any claim of any kind against any community member directly or indirectly involved with Orivium for any damage suffered, including total loss. Note: Please be aware that ORIVIUM is currently in a alpha phase, which means that the contents of this Whitepaper may be subject to future modifications, which can occur at any moment without prior notice.
